About
Saad has a broad spectrum of practice from complex civil and commercial disputes to contentious property and trusts matters and to cross border Family Law and Children Act proceedings and those with high finance including offshore trusts, complicated property aspects and corporate structures.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Saad was a practicing solicitor specialising in complex family matters, civil and commercial litigation. He also has extensive experience working for an international investment bank in London.
He has been described as having a real eye for detail and is well known for his meticulous case preparation. He is proactive, brings a forensic approach to the analysis of evidence and he has been commended for his research skills, attention to detail and outstanding grasp of procedure. Importantly, Saad is approachable and down-to-earth, building strong rapports with his clients and owning the case he represents.
Saad runs regular pro-bono clinics and is a trustee of two charities he has co-founded. He is an experienced scuba diver and has a lovely family of four. Saad has read law at City University of London and holds a BSc in Banking Practice and Management from the London School of Banking and Finance, and an MSc in Business and Law from the University of Law, London. Saad is also Family Law Accredited by the Law Society and is a Family Law supervisor. Saad also speaks Arabic fluently.
